Integral to my design practice is an iterative process of discovery and refinement.  Objects absorb the ideas, thoughts and musings of the maker as they are created, they become loaded, charged and potent objects that speak eloquently about the circumstance of their making.

The work is generated through an investigation of the synthesis of form, material and construction, utilising computer-assisted design and manufacturing, mediated by traditional hand making practices. These forms represent a moment in the design process where the object has resolved up to the point where the last stage of metamorphosis is imminent.
